Far Cry 4 Reportedly Coming 2015, Set in Himalayas

The still unannounced Far Cry 4 is coming next year and will be set in the Himalayas, according to a new report.

Sources have told Eurogamer that Ubisoft's followup to the 2012 hit Far Cry 3 will arrive on store shelves during the first quarter of 2015 and feature a brand new locale, rife with rideable elephants. Yes, you heard that right, elephants you can actually ride.

The game is said to be making its official debut at E3 this year, presumably during Ubisoft's annual press conference. While next-gen versions are basically a given, Xbox 360 and PS3 ports are still apparently under question.

Mind you, Ubisoft has yet to make any official announcement regarding a new entry in the Far Cry franchise, so let's treat this as rumor for now.
