Here’s How Much Kinect 2 for PC Will Cost

The new-and-improved version of Kinect for PC will cost $199.99, Microsoft has revealed.

You can pre-order the device right now on the Microsoft Store before its official launch on July 15th; though, I can't imagine many gamers will be springing for this device, especially when considering the lack of game support and relatively steep price point.

That said, it'll be great to see what the PC development community comes up with. There are a lot of talented and creative minds that will likely come up with some interesting applications that make use of Microsoft's peripheral.
