Microsoft Reveals Gamescom Plans With New Teaser Trailer

The fine folks over at Microsoft have just released a trailer teasing the company's plans for Gamescom 2014.

On Monday, August 11th, there will be a "Multiplayer World Premiere" for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and on the following day, Microsoft will be holding a media briefing to discuss the future of the Xbox platform. Throughout the week, the Big M will also be providing video updates through YouTube, Twitch, and Xbox.com.

There's no doubt that Microsoft wants Xbox to challenge Sony's dominance in Europe with the PlayStation brand. Do you think this strategy for Gamescom is a step in the right direction?
