Minecraft Is Coming to Windows Phone

Minecraft developer Mojang is bringing its hit world-building game to Microsoft's line of smartphones.

That's right, folks! Minecraft: Pocket Edition is currently in development for Windows Phone and is set to launch in the relatively near future. Mojang's Jens Bergensten made the news official on Twitter, saying, "Yes, Minecraft: Pocket Edition *is* coming to the Windows Phone! The port runs already, but there's still much to do before any release."
