Press P to pause the game, then type fortytwo. This is Easy Mode, which enables other codes and cheats.

The following codes should be entered when the game is paused. They're case-sensitive.

normal		Normal character
much better	Arkan takes a leak (Really!!!)
bigfoot		Big feet
bighead		Big Head
baffe		Big Hands
dwarf		Small character
Ctrl-D		Fills up Arkan's life gauge
D		Decreases the opponent's life to 1
