During gameplay, hit Enter, type the code, then hit Enter again:

beem	Flight Mode
tuffy	Invincibility
gogo	Jedi Speed

Master Level Completion:

At the Level Select screen, click on any level and hit Enter. Then type: defcon3 and hit Enter again. When you're done, exit that screen and go back to it. You will see that it will be completed masterfully.
