Beat both Story mode episodes.

Double Gun Mode in Story Mode:

Get at least 55% completion

Infinite Ammo in Story Mode:

Get 100% completion

Locate and kill the brown armored enemy in the following locations for special weapons. He's quick, so you'll have to react fast to nail him:

Grassmarket Street in the first open area	Gatling gun
Garland Park among the STF lorries	Missile launcher
Drycreak Plaza in the store room	Flame thrower
Belforte Hotel level	Grenade launcher
Garland Technology Centre in the room with the auto gun turrets	Laser rifle
