Cheat mode: 


  At the Main Menu, click in and hold the Left Analog stick, then press Black, 
  White, Y. A 'cheats' option should appear. You can also access this by pressing 
  Start during play.


  


  Mental mode: 


  Beat the game in Serious mode and start a new game. Mental mode will be fading 
  in and out under Serious.
