Cheat mode:

Getting an A rank on a career mode level unlocks a new cheat. Go to Options->Cheats to toggle the cheats on and off. The effects are listed below. NOTE: Enabling cheats disables rewards and high scores.

Big Wheels	Large wheels/propellers
Invincibility	hmmm....guess
Iron Man	Half health
Laser Law	Police shoot blue lasers, others shoot red
Law Lord	Always full Justice
Reoffender	Doubles negative Justice loss
Speed	Go faster!
Sticky Feet	Can't be thrown out of vehicles
Wild Water	Always choppy water
Open Road	No civilian traffic
