FAQ/Walkthrough Starts Here

Before You Start:

Characters:

Player-The character that you control during the game.

The captain of the 71st Eagle Squadron for

the Royal Air Force(RAF). Your name is never

specifically mentioned but your squadmates

respect you deeply & that respect will save

your ass on multiple occasions.

Joe Castle-Your first squadmate that you meet during

your training day. He's an all-round good

guy with a big heart & an open mind. He's

an extremely skilled mechanic who can

repair his plane, as well as yours, in

mid-flight. To use his repair ability,

press & hold the function button & press

Left on the D-Pad. When you do this,

you'll be asked to input a four-button

combination consisting of B, A, 1, & 2.

They will be in various combos so be

prepared. If you mess up, you have to

wait for the Wrench icon to refill.

Tom-The "big brother" of the squadron & brother-in-law

to Joe. He'll protect you with his life without

hesitation & be the first to taunt the enemy away

from attacking you. His special ability is "Taunt",

to do this hold the function button & press Down

on the D-Pad.

Frank-Frank is the last guy you meet in your squadron

but his ability will more than likely be the

one that you'll use the most. His ability is

being a "Hunter", once his ability is accessed,

he will hunt down the enemy that is currently

your highlighted target. He will also go for

anyone in the target's formation. He usually

says when he's finished by saying something

along the lines of "Target eliminated,

returning to formation." but you can use him

again before he finishes to have him hunt

down another enemy aircraft.

Note: You can only use their abilities when the Wrench,

Shield, & Lightening Bolt icons are pulsing

yellow.

Full Walkthrough:

Training Day-

Part A: Take Off/Maintenance Exercise

To take off, hold up on the D-Pad to gain speed. When you think

you're going fast enough push up on the Control Stick. To do

the maintenance test(the quickest way) go to the left of your

take off area(above the river) & do two loops, turn hard right,

& do an upside down loop. If it still doesn't finish the

objective then start doing random things in the air & it'll

eventually tell you the next objective.

Part B: Sight-seeing/Target Tracking

To track your target, hold the Wii Remote in your dominant

hand's Index/Middle/Ring Finger, & Thumb. Use your Index Finger

to hold A down, your Middle Finger to push up on the D-Pad, &

use your Thumb & Ring Finger as support. Continue holding them

down & tracking your targets.

Part C: Target Practice-Balloons

To shoot down the barrage balloons, track your target

(if you need to), speed up, & press Z when the cross-hair in

the reticule shows up. If you hit your target, the reticule

will flash red every time you score a hit. The closest balloon

will be to your left high in the sky. Shoot it down then go

for the one near it close to the ground, then the one above

the river, then the one to its left(above the hill), then

the last one. After you shoot down the last one of that group,

Joe will set up some more to the bottom-right field below you.

Just strafe the ground & you should get them all. After that,

he'll set up another group to your far left(almost behind you).

Do the same as you did on the last group.

Part D: Bombing Practice

Next, head toward the church & get ready to practice bomb

dropping. Wait until Joe stops talking to the other dude & a

circle will appear below your plane. Pay attention to it &

you'll see how many bombs you have left(this plane only has

a capacity for two). Your bombs will "recharge" over time,

giving you an infinite amount so don't worry about missing.

When they're done talking, slowly approach the church &

when the circle barely touches the target marker, press C

twice w/ a 1 second interval between the drops. Just do

this 3 times to complete the exercise, although, try to

get faster each time because you'll eventually need to know

how to bomb multiple targets in quick succession.

Part D: German Scout/ Covering Tom/Landing

Next, Joe will identify a German scout & he will send you

to take him out, so get to it. Speed up to him & try to

get a few shots off before he passes you then track him

& slowly turn to him & finish him off. After the scout has

been eliminated a British officer will notice someone

being chased by 3 German aircraft. This happens to be Joe's

brother-in-law, Tom. Help him out by getting the Germans

off of him & giving him time to land. Once the enemies

are down, the mission will be completed & you can attempt

a quick landing on the runway, however, the landing is

not necessary to proceed. MISSION COMPLETE!

Skies of Dunkirk- Note: Before starting this mission

Part A: Bridge Defense I suggest doing the Arcade Mode

with the Me 110 C

At the start of the level just speed up & go forward

without turning & wait for the group of orange targets to

appear. You can shoot one or two down if you're quick

enough but I only suggest shooting one down & then focusing

on the red "objective" enemies. There will be 3 bombers

trying to take out the bridge that the British are

crossing, mow them down & wait for the next group

consisting of 5 bombers.

Part B: German Columns/Bridge Destruction

When the bombers are done for, turn your attention to the

German armored columns. The first will be coming from

the right of the bridge(if you're facing the same direction

as the main British force). There will be 5 groups,

2 start where the 1st group appears at, 2 across the field

on the left of the bridge(each spawning across from

the previous), & the last group will appear behind the

British troops on the same road they used to cross the

bridge. After that, you're going to have to bomb the

bridge that the British troops crossed to prevent German

Infantry from following, 4 bombs should suffice. If not,

just keep pounding the bridge with your bombs.

Part C: German Aces

Two German Aces should be targeting you after you destroy

the bridge so deal with them ASAP. They're not hard to

shoot down & if you have trouble Tom will eventually

taunt them into attacking him, giving you a clear shot at

them. MISSION COMPLETE!

Dunkirk Evacuation-

Part A: Take Off/Defend Joe

Soon after you take off & fly towards the harbor Tom will

tell you that Joe left an hour earlier & he'll soon

appear while being chased by some Germans. Help Joe out

& be mindful of his health gauge.

Part B: BEF Evacuation

The 1st wave of bombers will appear near the field close

to the city. There will be 5 of them in a loose formation,

get behind them & wreck havoc upon them. You could also

send out your squadron to attack by holding 'B' & pressing

Up on the D-Pad. The 2nd wave of bombers will appear

to the 1st wave's right(when you are behind the 1st wave).

This wave consists of an un-organized formation of 7

bombers. Get behind them as well & they're as good as dead.

The 3rd wave will appear in the same place as the 2nd wave.

This wave has 9 wings in it & they'll be in three rows

of 3. Repeat the take down process. After the 3rd wave is

eliminated you can nab yourself a few extra kills from

the generic enemies before the warships show up.

Part C: Warship Destruction/Frank's Intro

When the warships appear ignore every other enemy & go

after the two smaller destroyers. They may take a few

bombs to finally sink them but if you get two direct

hits they should go down. When you take both of them

down your 3rd squadmate, Frank, will join in on the

action & torpedo the bigger ship. However, his torpedo

only weakens it & it's up to you to deliver the final

blow with your bomb payload. Once it finally begins

sinking the mission will be complete.

MISSION COMPLETE!

London, 1940- Note: Before starting this

Part A: Parliament Protection mission I suggest doing the

Arcade Mode with the Spitfire V

When the mission starts just follow the British

formation(don't speed up or slow down, just keep

the starting pace). When the British first spot

the Germans you should be right above the

Parliament building, wait for the Germans to

appear on the radar & speed up to intercept them.

Tell you squadron to attack at will. The 1st wave

will consist of five bombers, use the same tactic

from Part B of the previous level & get behind

them & take them down. The 2nd wave will appear

in the same spot as the 1st. Just keep getting

behind them & mowing them down. Repeat said tactic

for the 3rd wave, this one made up of 10 bombers.

After you destroy the final wave of Germans

attacking the Parliament building, take down a

few generic enemies until the German forces going

for the Tower of London appear.

Part B: Tower of London Defense

As soon as the next wave of German Stukas appear,

go straight to them & end their existence. The

1st wave has twelve wings in it, & the 2nd has 8.

Part C: Help Joe, Tom, & Yourself

The Germans that begin this part start with a

7-wing formation & they begin by hunting Joe down,

help him out. After you deal with Joe's pursuers,

they'll begin targeting Tom. Help him out as well.

The squadron chasing Tom has 8 Messershcmidt's in

it. Now they'll recognize your threat to them &

begin chasing you. There are 8 Jerry's in this

squadron. Finish them off! MISSION COMPLETE!

Desert Reconnaissance-

Part A: Practice Photography

After you take off, turn to the left & then turn &

face the group of Allied warships. Face the one

highlighted by the tracking marker. When you get

in range to take the photo a black bar with a

slider will appear in the top-middle portion of

the screen, along with a square consisting only

of visible corners. The corner pieces should turn

green fairly quickly just by lining up a shot with

your target. As you get in range, the slider will

begin moving to the right. When the red triangle

moves between the lines on the bar, the whole bar

will turn green. When the corners & bar are green,

hold the secondary fire button down to take a

picture. Take 3 pictures to finish the practice

exercise.

Part B: Photograph the Hidden Bases Note: When you reach

the main land just

remain level & if you

think you're too

close to the ground

pull up a tad. This is

because the sand storm

may interfere with your

coordination during

flight.

When you finish the photography practice, go to the

left of the last boat & speed up. You should

eventually find the main land. When the two bars

appear on the left take note of when the bottom bar

is completely green. The bottom bar indicates that

you're going in the right direction, the top bar

indicates how far you are from the base.

Start by getting the bottom bar filled with green.

Once it is, speed up in that direction & keep track

of it because you may need to re-adjust your direction

a little bit. When you find a base the bars will

disappear & the red objective marker will show where

the base is. The red marker should appear right below

you, so just go down on the base, snap your photo &

continue to the next base. After you photograph the

2nd base the sand storm will cease but you'll start

being hounded by enemy fighters. Eventually, Tom will

come & assist you by distracting the Germans off of you

& begin attacking him, not all enemies will go after him,

though, continue watching your own ass. When the cutscene

ends you'll be back over the sea, the last base is

slightly to the left so begin going in that direction &

you should find it fairly easier than the first two bases.

After you take the 3rd bases picture, your aircraft carrier

will show up on the radar so go land on it. Just in case

you don't know how to open your landing gear, press 2.

MISSION COMPLETE!

Desert Rats Attack-

Part A: Support the British 8th Army Assault

At the beginning of the level you'll need to destroy

numerous ground targets. Tell your squadron to attack

at will while you deal with the main threats. Your

secondary weapon in this mission are rockets. you

usually have 8 of them in your arsenal so it's okay

if you miss a few times while adjusting to how they're

fired from your plane, plus they recharge quickly so

that's one less thing to focus on. Destroy the

targets as you see fit but be mindful of the

time limit & your allies health.

Part B: Repel the Stukas' Attack

After you finish off the ground threat for the time

being, focus on the German Stukas' that appear. There

will be 2 waves of Stukas' but the 2nd wave will

have some semi-heavy armor so you might get chewed

up by their rear gunners.

Part C: Help the Ground Advance

When the Stukas' have all been thoroughly dealt with

you'll need to focus on more ground troops(a ****-load

more). You can also kill the orange targets if you

want/need to boost you kill total.

Part D: Help the Ground Troops escape the Trap

As soon as the ground targets from the last objective

are defeated you'll get a little bit of time to knock

out some non-essential enemies while the next

objective is coming up. When the cutscene ends you'll

have to help the British 8th Army escape from a

German trap & destroy to convoys of tanks. Go up

high(high enough to where you stall) & then come down

on the tanks from above at the slowest possible speed.

When you eliminate the two groups of tanks the

mission will be completed. MISSION COMPLETE!

Day of Infamy-

Part A: Destroy all Bombers

Here it is, December 7, 1941. Your chance to take part

in the surprise attack that brought America into WWII.

You first objective is to get off the ground & take out

the bombers that the Japanese are throwing at you.

It's not a hard mission but it IS fun as hell! When you

take off there are only 13 enemies to take down so it

shouldn't be too hard. When you destroy them you may get

a tingly feeling inside thinking that you're changing

history(I know it's stupid but I got that feeling).

Part B: Protect the Battleships

There's nothing to really say about this objective other

than there are two fromations of bombers targeting

Battleship Row & you need to get them *****es before they

obliterate your naval forces.

Part C: Destroy the Zero's

Some Japanese Zero's are strafing the docks! You have

6:40 to shoot'em down & if you've learned anything from

the previous missions is that you should be able to take

at least 5 of them down every 30 seconds. If you can do

that then you'll have plenty of time to spare but I just

thought I'd inform you of your time limit. I don't

know how many Zero's there are but there is plenty of

fun to be had in this part of the mission.

Part C: Protect the Industrial Area

When the enemies first appear for this part it looks like

a ****-load but that's only because the target markers

are so clumped together from where you more than likely

are. It shouldn't be hard to finish them off quickly but

notice that shortly after the 1st formation spawns the 2nd

one will spawn, like, a couple seconds later. Although,

it still shouldn't raise any real concerns about their

numbers since their armor is so weak. Once you finish

these enemies off the level is over. MISSION COMPLETE!

Surprise Attack-

Part A: Follow Tom & Infiltrate the Japanese Position

When the mission starts just take off without waiting for

the dude to say you have clearance to do so. When you're

in the air follow Tom & Frank exactly because going anywhere

that they don't will warn the Japanese to your position &

you will fail the mission. This mission is pretty

straightforward in both of its objectives.

Part B: Destroy the Japanese warships before their reinforcements arrive

When you successfully navigate through the small islands

to cath the Japs off guard, you will have a time limit

of 5 minutes before the reinforcements arrive. This is

why I mentioned during the training mission that you're

going to need to know how to bomb in quick succession.

The reason why is because if you get directly behind a line

of ships you can take out 2-4 per pass & that's an obvious

time saver if you're going for the Ace Medal on your

first try. This mission shouldn't take too long if you've

already gotten used to the timing required for bombing.

Once all the warships are heading for the bottom, the

mission will be over. MISSION COMPLETE!

Midway: Opening Moves-

Part A: Protect Midway Island. Shoot down all Enemy Bombers

The first part of the mission requires you to hunt down &

down enemy bombers before they turn the Midway airstrip

into dust & begin using it for their forces. The 1st wave

will be coming from your right as soon as you take off,

go after them & send Joe, Tom, & Frank after them. This

wave consists of of roughly 10 wings. The 2nd, 3rd, & 4th

wave will appear before you're even finished with the

previous one so you're going to be pressed for time & have

little room for mistakes. As earlier, get behind the waves

& take them down from behind & you should be finished

with most of the bombers when the next wave appears.

Part B: Escort the Retreating Allied Bombers

When the cutscene ends, ignore the airstrip & help out your

buddies. Just make sure you keep at least 1 out of the 12

alive & you'll succeed.

Part C: Clear the Skies of Enemy Targets

Once the Allied Bomber says "We're alomst home, fellas,

thanks!", you'll have 3 minutes to eliminate all Japanese

aircraft from the skies. During this part utilize your

wingmen's specialyabilities to their fullest.

Meaning when Frank's "Lightening Bolt" icon is filled,

use it, when your plane is on fire(not just smoking),

& use Tom when you have at least two fighters on your

tail. If you can take two down per 10 seconds you'll

finish in time. When the skies are clear the mission

will be over. MISSION COMPLETE!

Midway: Turning Point- Note: Before starting this

Part A: Protect the Bombers mission I suggest doing

the Arcade Mode with

the SBD 3 Dauntless

This mission is pain in the ass for multiple reasons. The

first is that the setting sun is über-bright. The 2nd is

that you can't use the Spitfire V for this mission. And

last but not least, since you're escorting bombers & since

bombers are slow, it will take quite a while to get to the

next objective. Just constantly be looking out for the

bombers & try to get in a position where you can take

several down without having to change your direction. When

you get to the next part of the mission you can breathe

easily because you only have to watch out for yourself.

Part B: Attack the carriers' decks to prevent fighters from taking off

Just as objective title says, bomb the carriers so no

additional Japanese air support can be launched. There are

3 carriers & only 3 bombs are necessary to knock them out

of operable status. You could do yourself a favor &

destroy some of the other ships in the fleet to make the

next objective slightly easier, but it's not necessary.

Part C: Destroy the Japanese Fleet

Now that the carriers fighter payload can't takeoff this

part will be easy. To quickly finish the mission get

behind a line of warships & drop 2 bombs per ship. Since

your plane holds 6 bombs, you should be able to knock

out 3 ships per pass. Doing so will end the mission with

at least 2 1/2 minutes to spare.

Holding Guadalcanal-

Part A: Don't let enemy troops reach the airfield

As soon as you're airborne go to your left where the

orange enemies are because they'll soon turn into

objective enemies. Don't bother with your machine

guns unless you've got a clear shot & you know it.

On the 1st pass you should be able to take out at

least 4/10 of this wave. Next, speed your way to

the next group & repeat the missile only strategy.

Ignore the Zeke's unless they start chasing you,

if that happens, get Tom to distract them from you,

DO NOT ENGAGE THEM! The next group will be coming

from right of the previous one(if you're facing the

island), so you should be able to get most of them

in one pass, if not all. After the 3rd group has

been eliminated, they will launch groups 4 & 5 at

the same time so don't take too long on either group.

Part B: Land & Switch Planes

No matter what you do your plane will get damaged too

badly for repair so you're gonna have to try to land it

& switch planes. It's not too hard, you just need to

get used to how the plane handles while in that condition.

I think it's easier to line up with the airstrip if I go

in from the right but you may disagree so try both.

Part C: Sink the Warships

Now that you're airborne again, how 'bout you go & give

those Japanese warships a little explosive gift. Get them

lined up & slow down to launch/recharge your torpedo so

you can get them all in one pass. They may tear you up a

little bit but that's what you have Joe & Tom for so

don't worry about taking some damage. Once all five

warships go down, the mission will be complete.

MISSION COMPLETE!

The Battle of New Georgia-

Part A: Assist the invasion of New Georgia Islands

I.As soon as the mission starts, speed up towards the

island in front of you. Try to take out at least one

of the orange ground targets before the planes show

up. When they do, send your squadron to attack at

will & try to get behind at least one of the groups

so you can get clear shots at them. It shouldn't be

too hard to defend the 172nd Division Infantry as

long as you keep taking down fighters & bombers.

II.After the Japanese air support is knocked out, go for

the next batch of objective enemies. These will be a

bunch of ground targets that may confuse you as to

which side of the island's hill they're on so it

might take a while, luckily the 169th Division

Infantry can hold out a long time. Just keep hitting

targets closest to you & it should be over as

quickly as possible. You'll know when it's over by

all of the red targets on the radar disappearing &

the 169th's health bar filling completely up.

III.Start helping the 1st Division by taking out the 3

warships pounding them with heavy fire. Once they're

sinking go for the targets near the runway & then

head towards the tanks nearest the 1st Division.

Two bombs should take out a good number of them

in one pass, then just continue dropping your

payload on them. Once that big group of enemies

are down the mission will be finished.

MISSION COMPLETE!

Rabaul Raid-

Part A: Protect the Allied bombers & destroy the airport

At the start of the mission, immediately turn hard

right over the hills & you should see your targets.

Before you even get in range, try to hit some of the

ground targets with your rockets. Also, try to keep

as many planes grounded as possible while you're

focusing on destroying the airstrips ground defenses.

Once all the AA guns are down & your bombers have

finished off the remains begin to look to the sea

because that's where your next objective is.

Part B: Neutralize the Japanese Destroyers & Protect the

Allied Bombers

Any & all boats you see in the water, sink'em.

Ignore the planes until every ship is going down &

don't stop until you see each one with a column of

smoke coming from it. Once they're history there

should only be about 2 or 3(maybe even 4) planes

still flying around, take'em out & this objective

will be complete.

Part C: Clear the AA guns & Repel the Japanese attack

Start this objective by strafing red & orange ground

targets to greatly boost your kill count & lighten up

their defenses. Keep sending Frank to take out the

fighters, use Joe if/when you need repairs, & Tom when

a pesky fighter won't get off your back. Only when the

ground targets are down is when you should begin

focusing on the Zeros. As the last red "objective"

enemy is defeated your people will say over the radio

that Rabaul is no longer putting up resistence & that

it's no longer necessary to attack. MISSION COMPLETE!

Preemptive Strike-

Part A: Assist the British Fleet

As the mission begins, speed up & listen to the

conversation. You'll hear that the guy who helped

train your squadron went down. When the British

commander asks if you're interested in a little

pay back he'll say that there is a German fleet

that has been spotted in the area. Go for which

ever ship you think is the closest & bomb the ****

out of those *****es. After two have been sunk a

wave of German bombers will appear near the

mainland. Go take'em out. There will be 5 bombers

in the formation & they're pretty heavily armored

so don't let up until they go down. Take 3 more

ships down & the next wave of bombers will appear.

Repeat previous tactic & continue on the ships.

Rinse, repeat until the U-boat appears.

Sink the German Submarine

The U-boat should only be able to take around

4-6 bombs, depending on where you hit them.

If you miss just keep trying. The U-boat may

submerge a few times, if that happens, then

just wait around the area where it went under

& keep pounding it.

Top Secret- Note: Before starting

Part A: Follow Joe through the canyon this mission I

suggest doing

the Arcade Mode

with the P-82

Twin Mustang

This mission isn't hard to beat but the things

you have to do are über-tedious. Plus the very

short time limit you have to get through the

canyons makes most of this mission a huge pain

in the ass. You have 3 minutes & 10 seconds to

get to your first target area, go through most

of the canyon with your thumb on the D-Pad's

Up button & only press down when there's a

really sharp turn or a turn you think you

won't make it through w/o slowing down. To

see when & where to turn, keep your eyes on

the water trail on the fjord's ground.

Part B: Sink the German ships that target Joe

There will be 3 ships that Joe needs you to

take out so he can clear shots the wall

leading to the next canyon. Destroy them &

any other targets you think are threatening

Joe's survival.

Part C: Follow Joe through the canyon

This objective is the same as the 1st, only

this time you have 1:50 to get to the next

area. You also have to deal with German

fighters that'll be coming down to try &

stop you & Joe. Only shoot at them during

straight-aways, or when you know you'll

get a hit on them.

Part D: Protect Joe while destroys the Fjord gate

There are only 4 objective enemies in this

part of the mission but they'll more than

likely be annoying as hell since their

planes have more maneuverability than you do.

Part E: Follow Joe through the canyon

This objective is the same as the 1st, only

this time you have 1:30 to get to the next

area. Also, just like the 2nd canyon run,

you'll have to deal with the German fighters

that'll be coming down to try & stop you & Joe.

Again, only shoot at them during straight-aways,

or when you know you'll get a hit on them.

Part F: Destroy the heavy water plant

To get this annoying mission over with, go for

the furnices. There should only be around 4-5(maybe 6).

Part G: Destroy the U-boat before it submerges

The furnices are done for, you've navigated

through 3 different canyons, saved Joe's ass at

least 2 or 3 times. I bet you're ready to be done

with this mission, right? But no, those damn

Germans just won't give up, they continue to

throw themselves into the afterlife. Sink this

FINAL U-boat & all this **** will finally be over.

MISSION COMPLETE!

D-Day Normandy-

Part A: Mark the German bunkers for the Navy gunners

At the start of the mission, you have 1:20 to shoot

target marking missiles into the German bunkers.

Part B: Help the landing troops, destroy the German bunkers

You have about 7 1/2 minutes(IIRC) to take out the

bunkers & keep the boys on the beach safe. Only use

your machine guns to take out the orange ground

targets. After the ground targets are eliminated,

a wave of about 10-12 fighters will appear. Get

behind them & take'em down. When the fighters are

gone more machine gun nets will appear futher

from the troop landing point. Again, use your

guns for the orange enemies & missiles for red.

Part C: Take out the Stuka bombers

Go after the bombers first. make sure they pay for

downing Joe! Do it for all the times Joe helped you

repair your plane which, in turn, saved your ass.

After most of the Stukas' are down, begin focusing

on the three groups of German tanks blocking the

landing troops' path. When all enemies are destroyed,

the mission will be done. It just doesn't feel the

same without Joe there to share the victory. Men die

in war, & the war continues, fight for what you've

been fighting for & make Joe proud to have fought

with the 71st Eagle Squadron of the British Royal

Air Force. MISSION COMPLETE!

Paris La Liberation-

Part A: Destroy the defending German forces

This part can take a very long time. And without

Joe to help with repairs, you'd be better off not

taking too many chances. Start the mission by

taking out the Germans heading towards the

Arc d'Triomphe. They'll be the ones closest to your

starting position after the cutscene ends. Turn

right a little bit & follow the enemies near you.

Line up with the street that they're on & launch

your full arsenal of missiles to take out most of

them before you even get in range. Once they're

down head to the Eiffel Tower & just begin picking

your targets. Try to destroy at least 6 per pass

starting with the big targets. Also, don't forget

about the turrets located on the tower itself. After

a while, another group of tanks begins heading toward

the Arc d'Triomphe so go get them *****es. After

they're dead you'll get a checkpoint. Go finish off

the Eiffel Tower enemies. When the Eiffel Tower has

been secured, go after the Germans at the bridge

nearest you. After they're done for, continue to

the next bridge & assist the French resistance.

Part B: Don't Let the German General get away!

The fleeing German general will "appear" in several

places before you actually find him. Just stick near

the river & look for 3 boats traveling down it. Shoot

all three boats & the general will be history. Also,

you have about 2:05 to find & kill him.

Part C: Take down the reinforcement squadron

You have about 4:50 to take down a squadron of German

Aces. Send Frank after them & if you haven't done so

yet tell your squadron to attack at will. Go for the

ones that are your highlighted targets. You may have

noticed that sometimes when you're following a

highlighted enemy it'll switch for no reason. If it

does that to you just keep following the one you were,

otherwise you might take too long to down the Aces.

Once they've all been downed, the mission will be

over. MISSION COMPLETE!

Counter Attack-

Part A: Stop the German Offensive

Start this mission off at full throttle. You have 9:40

to annihilate the Luftwaffe, as well as the tank patrols

on the ground. The time limit is nothing, you should be

able to finish with at least 2 minutes left on the clock.

Just constantly fire at all in range targets & if you

don't kill them Tom or Frank will, so there shouldn't

be any difficulties with the near-10 minute time limit.

Part B: Destroy the German airfield & it's facilities

When you notice the checkpoint that the game gives you,

restart from it & you should be facing the airfield. You

have 4 minutes to take it out. just use your missiles

on the buildings & ignore the planes trying to take off.

If you do that, you should finish the mission in a minute.

MISSION COMPLETE!

Flying Fortresses-

Part A: Destroy at least 1/3 of the ground objectives

You're going to start this mission in one of the turrets

mounted onto the B-17 Flying Fortresses. There are four

turrets that are operable in the Fortress. To switch

between them, press B. The one you start off in is on the

top of the plane & can turn a complete 360°, the next in

the rotation is on the bottom & it also can turn 360°.

The 3rd turret can't turn much & I don't know exactly

where on the plane it's located but just keep in mind that

it IS there if you need it. The last in the rotation is

also in an unknown area of the Fortress, it can turn a

little more than the previous turret but not much more.

In terms of firepower I can't tell which, if any, are

stronger. After a while you'll automatically be moved

to the cockpit & be in control of where you go. I don't

know how much is 1/3 of the ground targets so hit all of

them just to be on the safe side. Once all the objective

targets on the ground are destroyed it'll put you back

in a gunner seat. It'll switch between the turret & bombing

positions 3 times.

Berlin, 1945-

Part A: Destroy the 3 radar stations

This mission starts with you flying low above a river & you

must stay low until you destroy the 3 radar stations.

The 1st station will be on your left, the 2nd will be not

far from it on your right, & the last is on the left not

far from the 2nd.

Part B: Survive until reinforcements arrive

This next part is kinda hard at first but if you use all of your

dodging skills & maneuvers you should be able to survive the 3

minutes by yourself.

Part C: Protect the Allied Bomber Formation

When the 3 minutes are up you'll notice the Germans beginning

to ignore you & go after the 1st wave of Allied bombers.

If you can line up with a German while they're heading towards

the bombers, shoot a missile at them to down them. Do this

because their planes are faster than yours, but they aren't

faster than a missile. Once they reach the bombers & you get

in range, start mowing them down as quickly as possible.

The German aircraft are in infinite numbers during this

part of the mission so don't think that you can shoot'em all

down & give your bombers are clear run. Altogether there

are 3 waves of bombers that you need to protect. Sometime

in this part of the mission your character will try to

remember what Joe told him to do when he helped you repair

your plane so be ready to press the 4-button combo.

Part D: Destroy the Nowotmy Squadron

You'll have about 6 minutes to take out another squadron

of Aces, the only thing that sets this squadron apart from

the others is that they're using jets. The only thing

that may prove a problem is their speed advantage over you,

Frank, & Tom. Making it semi-difficult to track your

highlighted enemy efficiently. Once the the cutscene ends

the mission will be over. CAMPAIGN COMPLETE!

Extra Material:

Standalone Modes:

torpedo, & launch missiles ground & sea targets.

You don't get to choose which aircraft you use for

the mission & you have a time limit in which you

have to complete your objectives.

Note: A tip that can be used for 4/6 bombing campaign missions

is to go up as high as possible to avoid getting hit as often.

Mini-Campaign Mission 1-Africa, # of Targets to destroy: 68,

Time Limit: 10 minutes, Secondary Weapon Type: Bombs

Mini-Campaign Mission 2-Ardennes, # of Targets to destroy: 88,

Upon completing the Dogfighting Mini-Campaign you unlock the

Me-163 Komet & the Me 262. Also, the guns on all fighters

have been upgraded.

2.Arcade: The Arcade mode is a mode where you

choose a fighter & you're taken to one of

the places from the main game(I believe that

where you go depends on the plane you choose.

Meaning, the level that unlocked the plane

you're using is where you'll go. I'm not

completely sure on this so don't get mad or

anything if I am wrong). When you choose your

aircraft & you start the Arcade you be set

against 3 waves of enemies, each wave consisting

of 12 wings. Aftre you defeat a wave you'll

get the option to repair your plane so be

ready to input the 4-button combo. When you

finish the Arcade mode the plane you used will

have upgrades in one or more areas out of Speed,

Acceleration, Agility, Firepower, & Hit Points.

3.Ace Duel: Ace Duel is where your enemy will use

the exact same aircraft as you & you must defeat

him in a 1 on 1 duel to the death. Completing the

Ace Duel will give the plane used another skin.

I'm not sure if you can use this skin in the main

game but it's just another thing to unlock.

Multiplayer: Multiplayer is a mode where can go head-to-head

against a friend in various gametypes such as:

Duel, Bombing Run, Kamikaze, Onslaught, & Dogfight.

Most of the maps from the main game are selectable

to play on.

You can choose which faction you play as between

Allies(US, UK, France) & Axis(Germany, Japan, Italy).

In different stages of the war: Early, Early-Mid,

Mid-Late, & Late.

Score Limit: None, 10, 20, 50, 100.

Time Limit: None, 5, 10, 15, 30.

Allow Rockets: On or Off.

Allow Follow Camera: On or Off.

Player Status: In the Player Status menu you can view your

personal statistics from the main game such as:

How many air, ground, & sea targets you've

destroyed.

How long it took you to complete the Campaign

Mode.

Your Campaign Rating, as well as your rank.

You can also see which missions you've gotten

an Ace Medal on.

The aircraft you've unlocked.

You can also view the introductory cutscenes

for each level you've completed in the main

game.
