Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Limited Time Mode

Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Guide: What Teams, How to Survive, More

DICE and EA have released the first new mode for the game with the Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Limited Time Mode that is available right now for all players across PC, PS4, and Xbox One. This is the first real new mode since the game launched late last year in November.

The Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Limited Time Mode was well worth the wait, as it sure is a wild mode, to say the least. This survival of the fittest-themed match type will have you thinking hard and strategizing as you attempt to survive and outsmart your opponent for a lengthy period of time. Let’s dive right in.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Limited Time Mode Explained

The Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Limited Time Mode is absolutely terrifying and chaotic in all the right ways. Essentially, it is a PvP Zombies or Infected mode that you might be familiar with. There are two teams: Stormtroopers and Ewoks. The roles are reversed in this, as the Stormtroopers have to band together to do whatever it takes to survive.

At the start of this 20-player mode, two players are made into Ewoks while the other 18 are Stormtroopers. Stormtroopers have only one life and dying means you become an Ewok. So, basically, you are simply delaying the inevitable as you try to survive for several minutes until an escape ship arrives. Winning as an Ewok is pretty easy, so we’re going to tell you how to survive.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Limited Time Mode: How to Survive

We’ve got some wins as Stormtroopers under our belts, so we have some tips for how you can survive against those terrifying little creatures. Here are some tips. First and foremost, use your flashlight wisely. The flashlight doesn’t have too long of a cooldown but the last thing you want is to find yourself in total darkness during a chase.

Speaking of a chase, sometimes running away is the best option. We, however, recommend players gather up together and cover each other’s backs majority of the time in the Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Limited Time Mode. The best location to do this is the web of interconnected caves. Your best bet is gathering near one of the entrances and having some players cover the front while the others cover your back.

If you are hit with the little white lights that decrease your health continuously, start rolling away backward using Circle or B on the controller to help it go away faster. Lastly, make sure to check your minimap frequently enough as it will show you enemy Ewoks that are currently attacking in your area. Good luck in the Star Wars Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt Limited Time Mode!
