How to Level Up Fast in Fortnite Season 5

The main answer for how to level up fast in Fortnite Season 5 is to play smart and complete the necessary challenges. Whether you’re using a free pass, or trying to complete the Season 5 Battle Pass, you’ll want to pay attention to the active challenges. If you spot an opportunity where one of those challenges could be completed, then go for it! For example, I hate using pistols, but when a pistol challenge pops up, you’ll want to find one and use it.

Of course, you’ll also want to survive for as long as possible when going for those “Victory Royale” wins. Take out players, keep on surviving, and earn that experience.

Fortnite Season 5 Free Pass vs Battle Pass

The Fortnite Season 5 free pass offers a lot more challenges when compared to previous Seasons’ free passes. This is an obvious attempt at Epic Games to suck people into buying the Battle Pass, but it’s appreciated all the same. If you do end up purchasing the Fortnite Season 5 Battle Pass, you’ll get access to more challenges, which grant cosmetic rewards and also buffs. These buffs can grant bonus XP, which of course helps you level up more quickly.

You should also look out for double XP events, as these can rapidly propel you through the levels. Epic Games doesn’t host these too often, so keep an eye out on social media for them!
