According to stats from SuperdataFortnite has earned Epic Games over $1.2 billion, by the end of May. Analysts predict that it will have made profits in the region of $2 billion by the end of 2018. These are mind-blowing numbers, especially considering Fortnite is a free-to-play game.

A survey by LendEDU says that on average, Fortnite spend $84.67 on Fortnite, and with over 100 million downloads on the App Store, it’s easy to see where the money comes from. People spend their money on V-Bucks, which awards Epic Games with millions of real bucks every day.
