Finally, somewhere new for the Destiny 2 Xur location, post-Forsaken. The Agent of the Nine went back on himself last week, but the question of where Xur is today is more a tricky one this week thanks to his (relatively) new abode. Below, we’ll take you through the full Xur inventory, plus Legendary Shard prices, as well as having a look at when Xur arrives today on Destiny 2, the Xur end date, and whether he’s a snappy dresser. Hmm. Maybe not that last one.

Destiny 2 Xur Location – Where is Xur Today? (October 5)

This week, Xur can be found in a cave on Io. To find him, head to Giant’s Scar, go straight ahead through the building and take the first left. Follow the path around and you’ll come across a cave. Enter it to see Xur just chilling at the back. Check out the image below for his exact location.

Destiny 2 Xur Start Time – When Does Xur Arrive Today? (October 5)

For now, the Xur start time sticks to a very tight schedule. He arrives every Friday at 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern/6:00 PM BST. Be forewarned, however, that this is due to change for one week in certain time zones, the week commencing October 29, due to the U.S. moving their clocks back a week later than some other regions.

The Xur end date is set, as it is every week for Tuesday. So, that’s October 9 at 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern/6:00 PM BST. This also happens to coincide with the game’s weekly reset.

• Helmet (Titan): Helm of Saint-14 (23 Legendary Shards)
• Gauntlets (Hunter): Young Ahamkara’s Spine (23 Legendary Shards)
• Helmet (Warlock): Skull of Dire Ahamkara (23 Legendary Shards)
• Skyburner’s Oath Scout Rifle (29 Legendary Shards)

After a brief hiatus, Xur is also selling Fated Engrams again, which allows you to pick up an Exotic that you previously hadn’t been able to find/pick up. There’s also the Three of Coins card which, while free, significantly ramps up the difficulty of Nightfall Strikes in exchange for some tempting rewards.
