Those that played the Black Ops 4 beta and reached max level earned a permanent unlock token to use in the final game. However, many are finding that this token is missing. We’ll show you where you need to go in the menu to see your missing unlock token in BO4, and what to do if you still can’t find it.
Where to Find Missing Permanent Unlock Token in Black Ops 4
First of all, your unlock token might not actually be missing. To find it, you’ll need to look behind a few menus before you can see it. Go to multiplayer or zombies mode and then look for your progress and unlocks. When you reach that screen, you should see the permanent unlock token at the bottom of the screen.
Understood. The token should be in your Barracks. Choose Multiplayer or Zombies from the main menu. Hit the Menu button. Select the Progress and Unlocks tile. Your permanent unlock token is displayed at the bottom of the screen. ^DL

If you check that menu and you still don’t see the token, you might be affected by a bug. Activision’s support Twitter has stated that there is a known issue with unlock tokens not displaying for some and that the problem is currently being looked at.
Hey there. This is a known issue that is currently being investigated. Sorry about that. ^DL

If your token doesn’t appear in Black Ops 4 for some time, you may need to reach out to Activision support directly. Otherwise, we assume an upcoming hotfix or update will fix the issue for those affected by the problem. Since the game did just launch you can bet there’ll be small issues like that cropping up over the next week or so. However, so far it’s been much smoother than the launch of COD: WW2.
