Fallout 76 Excavator Power Armor

Fallout 76 Excavator Power Armor – How to Get It

Fallout 76 is the big new multiplayer-centric Fallout game, and it brings with it plenty of new features for players to find. Power Armor is a key part of the Fallout series, and Fallout 76 has a unique set for players to discover. But where is the Fallout 76 Excavator Power Armor, and how do you get it? We’ve got the answers.

Where to Get Fallout 76 Excavator Power Armor

Fallout 76 Excavator Power Armor location

While Power Armor can be found at various easier locations around the game, to find the new Excavator Power Armor you have to head far down south, nearly to the bottom of the map. Just below the three towers, past the ash area on the location above, is the Garrahan Mining Headquarters. Look around, and by one of the towers is the billboard for the Excavator Power Armor. You should get the quest “Miner Miracles,” which requires you to investigate the area. The game will give you a warning about your character level if you’re lower than 25, but you can still proceed.

The quest marker will take you opposite the tower and down some stairs to the Garrahan Mining HQ itself. Enter, and you’ll have to face several dozen Protectrons, but these shouldn’t prove too much of a problem if you’re careful. Go to the terminal behind the desk, which you may have to hack. It tells you to head to the R&D Division. That’s just on the left. Watch out for any other robots. Head to the R&D terminal, and you’ll now be able to download the schematics for the Excavator Power Armor.

How to Craft the Fallout 76 Excavator Power Armor

Head to the nearby Power Armor rack and you’ll be able to upload the schematics and craft the Fallout 76 Excavator Power Armor. You’ll need to be level 25 to both equip and craft it, and you’ll need a lot of material. Nuclear material, glass, rubber, and a load of other things are required, as well as 6 black titanium fragments for every piece, so 36 black titanium in all. You can get this from Deathclaws, or by looting and scrapping Mole Miner suits in this region. It’ll take some work, but you can do it!
