Players across all platforms are finding it impossible to login to Epic Games services, which seems to be caused by network server issues on the studio’s side. It’s been that way for just under an hour, at the time of writing, and players are left unable to get access to Fortnite at all.
The good news is that Epic Games are fully aware of the issue. The Fortnite team posted an update on the official Twitter feed, admitting that they have heard that players are experiencing issues when attempting to login to Epic’s services. How can I fix it and login to Fortnite?
Both fortunately and unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to fix the problem and get Fortnite working again. The issue is all on the server side, not your personal internet. The good news is that means your PC/console setup is fine, but the bad news is that you’ll have to wait for the Fortnite team to fix the game before you can play it again.
