The Division 2 Reviver Hive Not Working | Is there a fix?

While there were plenty of reports a while ago surrounding The Division 2 Skills not working, this bug of The Division 2 Reviver Hive not working is somewhat unrelated. The Reviver Hive bug is a terribly annoying one. The Skill is about as important as they come if you’re finding The Division 2 difficult. Read on to discover exactly what the bug is doing and if there are any potential fixes.

The Division 2 Reviver Hive Not Working | What’s the issue?

The Division 2 Reviver Hive Not Working

According to this thread on the official Ubisoft Support forums, the Reviver Hive Skill is not working as it should for many players. This is obviously not a good thing. Unfortunately, the bug is fairly difficult to pinpoint as the Reviver Hive is broken for different players in different ways.

The Reviver Hive Skill should be easy enough to use. With it, you can revive yourself and your teammates. The Reviver Hive should automatically revive you if you are downed and it is not in cooldown. Unfortunately, this simply isn’t happening for many Division 2 players. Other players are complaining that the Reviver Hive Skill isn’t reviving their teammates as it should. Some are saying that it works as advertised around 60% of the time. A few players, meanwhile, explain that the Reviver Hive Skill works in some modes, but not others. Even if it did work, the Reviver Hive has even frozen some players in place.

Simply put, the Skill is broken. Some players are even reporting that it is activating, making all the right noises, but isn’t actually reviving them. Is there a fix to any of these problems?

The Division 2 Reviver Hive Not Working

Unfortunately, there isn’t a fix for any of The Division 2 Reviver Hive not working issues. Despite this, there is hope. Ubisoft is aware of the issue and has at least provided insight into how the Skill should work in order to revive teammates.

You will need to aim your crosshair at your teammates and press the Skill button again in order to revive them with the Reviver Hive. Hopefully, though, Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment will provide us with the fix we need for this bug via an update.
