This month, Arsenal Sandstorm will be the final map of the Operation Grand Heist event, which also saw a new specialist become available. Later this month, the new Arsenal Sandstorm map will become available for free to all players, regardless of whether or not they are Black Ops Pass holders. Of the new Black Ops 4 multiplayer maps, Arsenal Sandstorm is expected to bring more challenging weather conditions to the online multiplayer modes, with the titular sandstorms severely hampering your line-of-sight. Loading screens that were introduced in the recent Black Ops 4 1.16 update showcased the new Arsenal Sandstorm map, shared by Reddit user Joshwoocool, which gives us a better look at what we can expect.
A firm release date for the Arsenal Sandstorm map has not yet been announced, although it is expected to release after the launch of the Infected mode on April 9. Moving on to the other three new Black Ops 4 multiplayer maps, little is known of what they will look like, but they will form the brunt of new online multiplayer content in the next operation. Of course, Black Ops Pass holders will also get access to twelve new maps in the coming months, in addition to the four free maps being released.
