For boy twins or triplets, eat 3 apples and use fertility treatment for more luck. For girl twins or triplets, eat 3 watermelons and use fertility treatment for them as well. You may need to watch Kids Television and read pregnancy books. Also, your Sims may have cravings and the Father must read the pregnancy books. Use as much decorative furniture as you can possibly find, but be careful of the fire meter! After the birth of your baby/babies, take them home (or if you have given birth to your baby/babies at home) and put them in their new room/rooms. Basically simple.
How to unlock 313 Harvest Nock and 411 Legendary Lane
You first want to train your sim to catch ghost. Get a workshop table located in the entertainment are on the build and buy mode. Have a sim boy or girl build a ghost zapper and locater. Next, when there is a ghost alert have your sim go to that house and catch the ghosts. Once you get to a certain number of ghosts, the houses will be unlocked.
How to have triplets (boy or girl)
First you have to have a young adult male or young adult female.after that to have triplets you have to buy 3 watermelons for a girl,and 3 apples for a boy. Whick ever you want you have to eat them back to back. (P.S.) YOU HAVE TO BE PREGNANT FIRST!!!. After that you should have 3 kids.
How to make a ghost sim blue
Make a sim pet pee by the tv and then use the solar flare karma power then make the sim fix the tv then it will die and become a blue ghost.
Money
First you press the start button then press LB,LT,RT,RB at the same exact time.... Once you got a little note on your screen press "I understand.Let the cheating begin!" then you will have unlimeted cash!
Creation Mode
During gameplay press the 'Start' button to bring up the 'Pause' menu and then press LT, LB, RT, RB simultaneously to enable this feature.
Unlimited
While playing the game, press the start button, then press all four back triggers at the same time. This will give you unlimited Karma Points and Simoleons!!!!!!
Aging sims
You can age a sims to the next age any time you want just buy them a birthday cake and blow out the candles for the sim or if they're old enough they'll blow out there own candles and age!
Kill your own sim
To kill your sim you need to use the earthquake or firestorm karma power and make them repair a T.V or computer and if they are burned and laying down on the floor they are dead and you will recive a grim reaper achivement
Unlimited Money+Karma Powers!
Well, you click start then, you click Lt, Lb, Rt and Rb.(All at the same time!) Then, it will say, enable cheats? Click yes and then you will have unlimited money and you will be able to use a few Karma powers.To get onto them click select and the second last icon thingy is karma powers click it then give your sim(s) or pet(s) any karma power!
