The Crackdown 3 Flying High update is a new free update that is adding in tons of new features to the game. The Flying High update is bringing in things like a new Agency Wingsuit, new weapons, air strikes, and more to Crackdown 3. All of these new updates are part of the free post-launch support that Xbox Game Studios is providing for the game. Crackdown 3 Flying High Update | What’s new in the Flying High update?
The main feature of the Crackdown 3 Flying High update is called the Agency Wingsuit. This new wingsuit has been issued to all Agency members and allows them to explore the city in a totally new way. Before you can take it into the field, you’ll need to get some practice. So, make sure to try out the seven different Wingsuit races that are available to all agents. Once you’ve mastered it, you’ll be able to add a whole new element to your style of play and attack enemies from a different vantage point.
In addition to the Wingsuit, four new melee weapons have also been added into Crackdown 3, each with a unique environmental damage effect. The four new weapons are the Flaming Sword, the Electric Hammer, the Ice Mace, and the Chimera Axe. Each of these items will do damage to your opponents in a different manner with fire, ice, electricity, or toxins. It’s up to you to decide which one you want to use in order to wreak some havoc on your enemies.
Finally, Agency members have also been equipped with the Clusterduck Grenade and a Hellstorm Flare. The Clusterduck Grenade can be tossed when you’re in a sticky situation and need to make some noise. It will cause a chain reaction of explosions and is sure to clear a path for you. The Hellstorm Flare, on the other hand, can be used to call in an airstrike. This will signal the Island Defense Turrets or the Agency Peacekeeper Beacon and which will supply you with some much-needed backup!
