Clash of Clans 7th Anniversary Guide | New troops and obstacles

What are mobile gamers going to be getting from Supercell this year? Our Clash of Clans 7th Anniversary Guide details what you can expect to see in this upcoming COC event that celebrates the continuing success of this free-to-play mobile game. It’s been going strong for seven years, and Supercell certainly doesn’t want to disappoint fans looking to have some fun on the anniversary! A notification has popped up letting players know that this year’s anniversary event is just a few days away. While we’ve seen a teaser, we can’t say what the content is going to be for certain. That’s not to say that we don’t have some idea of what to expect; read on to see what we may very well get this year!

Clash of Clans 7th Anniversary Guide | Speculation on new content

As noted by AllClash, a notification for an upcoming event has popped up. It reportedly includes a teaser for new content that players can expect to see for this year’s anniversary celebration.

COC 7th Anniversary Obstacle

Going by the teaser imagery, the 7th Anniversary obstacle appears to be a brown gift box with a yellow ribbon. Opening the obstacle will give the player 50,000 Elixir and the nice cosmetic effect of a balloon floating out from it.

COC 7th Anniversary Troop

When it’s time to party, you gotta party hard. That’s why the Party Wizard is busting out for this year’s Clash of Clans 7th Anniversary. This new troop uses a sort of disco theme with a hairstyle that seems like a combination of a pompadour and an afro, a white vest, and flared pants.

Party Wizards will reportedly have the same level as your standard Wizards, but they have fewer HP and do less damage. On the upside, they move 50% faster than the bog-standard Wizard.

COC 7th Anniversary Skin

The Anniversary Skin is the one thing that I didn’t find any imagery of. However, AllClash speculates that we’re going to be getting a “Party Warden” — a Grand Warden that shares a party theme with the other items coming out this year.
