Fortnite Season 10 Week 3 Worlds Collide | Normal challenges

Fortnite Season 10 Week 3 Worlds Collide

Let’s begin with the Fortnite Season 10 Week 3 Worlds Collide normal mission challenges. There are seven more tasks for you to complete, and each one will earn you a different reward.

Use a Rift

An easy one to start off with. Simply use one of the Rifts on the map to travel to a different area. There are currently five on the map, and you can see where they are in the image above. Grab 10 Battle Stars for traveling through time and space.

Visit a Rife Zone

Another simple one. All you have to do is visit a Rift Zone on the map. Luckily, there are only two currently in play. These can be found at Retail Row and Tilted Town, so head to one of these and grab yourself 10 more Battle Stars.

Deal damage to opponents at a mountain top

This task requires you to deal 200 damage points to enemies at a mountain top. Again, there are only two places on the map that you can find these, and they are at Viking Village and Loot Lake.

There’s no “single match” feature at play here, so don’t worry if you don’t tot up your damage in a single game. It should be a cumulative challenge, so you can spread your damage out over a couple of matches. Get 10 Battle Stars once you complete it.

Visit a memorial to a cube in the desert or by a lake

Ah, Kevin the Cube, how we miss you. If you want to pay your respects to our fallen comrade, you can do so by visiting a memorial to him in one of two locations. The first can be found at Loot Lake, and the second is South-West of Paradise Palms near to the small lake that meets the desert river.

Simply head to either named location and earn yourself 5,000 XP. Kevin will thank you for it.

Eliminate opponents in the desert

The normal challenges for this week have been a breeze so far, and so is this one. Make your way to the desert biome, and take out three opponents. Doing so will net you 10 more Battle Stars.

Again, this is a cumulative task. If you don’t get three kills in the same match, just try again in subsequent ones.

Search chests at Loot Lake

Loot Lake is in demand this week, and this task wants you to search three chests in this location. Pick up 10 Battle Stars for simply opening three-item holders.

Consume foraged mushrooms

The final normal challenge is probably the hardest one. You have to pick and eat 10 foraged mushrooms, and you might not know where to find them. Luckily for you, we know where their locations are.

Lonely Lodge has the highest number of spawn locations for mushrooms, so head here if you definitely need to grab a few. Look around the camps in Lonely Lodge for the best chance at finding them.

If there’s none there, try South of Pleasant Park. Mushrooms spawn under trees in this area, so providing it hasn’t already been ransacked, you can fill your boots. If this is your seventh completed challenge of the week, you’ll be rewarded with the Rift Rider Glider.

Fortnite Season 10 Week 3 Worlds Collide | Prestige tasks

Fortnite Season 10 Week 3 Worlds Collide

The prestige challenges will take longer to complete, but there are goodies to be earned for each one you tick off your list.

Use Rifts

This is exactly like the first normal challenge, but you’ll need to use four of the five Rifts instead of just one. Take a look at the map above again to see where they are, and use them. Grab 1,000 XP for doing so.

Search chests in Rift Zones

Combining two of the normal challenges, this task wants you to search five chests in Tilted Town and Retail Row. This is another cumulative task, so you can do this over multiple matches. Grab 1,000 XP again as a prize.

Eliminate opponents at a mountain top

Exactly the same as the normal task. Take out three enemies at Viking Village or Loot Lake and pick up 1,000 XP.

Visit cube memorials in the desert and by a lake

Again, this is similar to the normal challenge. This time, however, you have to visit both locations on the map. Complete this challenge to get a Spray reward.

Eliminate opponents at Paradise Palms or Fatal Fields

Rack up four kills in either of these locations and net yourself 1,000 XP. There’s nothing to suggest that this must happen in a single match, so you can spread them out over two or three if necessary.

Search chests at Loot Lake or Lucky Landing

We’re almost there now. Search seven chests in either of these places and grab that final bag of 1,000 XP.

Consume foraged mushrooms in a single match

We didn’t say every challenge this week would be easy. This final task wants you to eat five mushrooms in a single match. A tall order if everyone else will be trying to grab them too.

Your best chance here is to get lucky over where the bus will drop you, and try to beat everyone else to the ground in either mushroom spawn location. Don’t despair if it takes you a few attempts to complete this one. Just be patient and, once you do, you’ll have earned the Catalyst skin.
