Finding that pesky Control Maintenance Sector is a real pain in the backside. The third mission in Control asks you to search for a way into the Maintenance Sector, the trouble is, the Maintenance Sector doesn’t appear on the map. You’ll have to search for the thing yourself. Where is the Control Maintenance Sector location?

As stated above, you will need to search for a way into the Maintenance Sector towards the beginning of Control’s third mission. However, the game doesn’t give you any hints as to where you might find the Maintenance Sector.

You won’t see it appear on the map, nor will you find any signs pointing you in the correct direction. Finding the Maintenance Sector is something you’ll have to do all by yourself. If you follow our directions, however, you should locate the Maintenance Sector in Control with ease.

When you are tasked with finding the Maintenance Sector, you should find yourself standing in the center of the “Central Executive” portion of the map within the Executive Sector. In order to find the Maintenance Sector, you will need to head into the Sector Elevator. Luckily, this should be simple enough.

To find the Sector Elevator, you will need to make sure that the “Board Room” is behind you. The Sector Elevator is directly opposite from the Board Room. Simply walk or run over to the Sector Elevator and step inside once it opens itself up for you. Once inside the Sector Elevator, you should see two options appear when you activate its controls. Choose the “Maintenance Sector Access Corridor” option and you’ve done it. You have found the Control Maintenance Sector location.
