The Outer Worlds A Few Kindred Spirits | How to find the mission
You first get this mission by talking to Grace at the entrance to the Botanical Lab, who you’ll probably come across while trying to get the power situation sorted. If you talk to her, she will give you a mission about find Zoe, who has gone off with the bandits. Now here comes the harder part: actually finding Zoe Chandler on Terra 2. You will find her in the northwest part of the map of the Emerald Vale Region, which you can see in the picture above. But she won’t come without a fight so be sure to go in ready to shoot. Well, she won’t actually be fighting you but the bandits around her are none too pleased with you rolling up.
Once you take them all out, you’ll find her somewhat in the center of the place outside. She has pink hair so she is hard to miss. What you do from here is your choice, like many of the options in this game. It would be better to have higher Persuade or Intimidate skills, as it will be easier to complete the mission with those perks. Once you deal with her, go back to Grace to collect. She should still be at the entrance near the Botanical Lab waiting for you to get back.
