Once you have collected the hidden F-O-R-T-N-I-T-E letters in Fortnite, you will unlock the Sorana Outfit. Fortnite | Find the Pickaxe hidden in the Chaos Rising Loading Screen
Just as with the hidden Sorana Back Bling challenge, you will need to be wearing the Sorana Outfit to complete this challenge and find the hidden Pickaxe. In the Chaos Rising Loading Screen (which is at the top of this guide), you can see that the Pickaxe location is given as coordinates (although the coordinates given in each image are for the other hidden item, oddly enough). Head to those coordinates on the map exactly, however, and you won’t find the Pickaxe. Luckily, we’ve highlighted its exact location in the map above.

To make the location of the hidden Pickaxe easier to understand, we’ve included a screenshot of its exact location below. You’ll find it in the southern parts of the mountain range to the south of Retail Row. Head near the top of the mountain and you should see the hidden Pickaxe waiting for you next to a red flag stuck into the snow. Head to this exact location and search the item as you would a chest:
If you’re after the Sorana Pickaxe, you will need to have unlocked the Sorana Outfit. You’ll need to have the Sorana Outfit equipped to complete the challenge and find the Pickaxe, too. Remember, as well, to look out for other players while trying to complete the challenge. You don’t want to get knocked out before you can locate the Pickaxe.
