Did we just see the Apex Legends dog character Loba? A player on the /r/ApexLegends subreddit has spotted something in Apex Legends that looks awfully like a dog, but fans are split as to what it might just be.

As you can see in our header image, there’s something that looks an awful lot like a dog running across that bridge in the background. Redditor /u/SheeplessWolf caught something out of the corner of his eye and happened to be recording video at the time, thankfully.
I swear to god I saw a dog running around in APEX. I did the best slowmo job I could do. Please someone confirm this. When we went to investigate there was no one up top other than a solo Bangalore hiding. from r/apexlegends

In the course of the video, we see the tiniest blip of movement towards the top-right of a screen. Upon being slowed down, however, we see what some are saying is undeniably a dog running across the bridge in the background. And the amazing thing is, that’s not even the whole picture surrounding the Apex Legends dog character.
They didn’t just spot the rumored Apex Legends dog character
The Reddit submitter swears that they searched the area after spotting the dog, but even they missed something that was just barely picked up on the video.
At the top right of the screen, we see something make a rather large leap from left to right. It’s clearly not an ally as there’s no HUD information above them; who is this mysterious character? Players have their theories, but there’s nothing concrete.
Was this the new Apex Legends character Loba?
Aside from Revenant, the next character that’s rumored to be on the way is Loba. Here are Loba’s rumored abilities:
- Burglar’s Best Friend (Passive Ability) – Throw a disc and teleport to that location.
- Black Market Boutique (Ultimate Ability) – Place a device that can steal all nearby loot.
That does sound kind of dog-like.
