Easy Lives (Exploit)
As in many games the time glitch works. So, you can adjust your device's system settings and move the time forward if you're in a hurry for extra lives and aren't worried about knowing what time it actually is. You would have to wait 20 minutes for each additional life.
Painless Restart
If you want to play without losing lives, it helps to start with a good board. Unfortunately, the randomly generated boards aren't always great. When you begin playing on a new one, take a look at how the board is arranged. If you don't have a reasonable setup, exit without making a move, then enter the board again to see if things are more to your liking. As long as you haven't made a move, that little bit of recon won't cost you any lives. All bets are off once you actually make a move, though.
