Besides the crops second most important part of the game is keeping your animals fat and happy and constantly feeding them so you can nurture them when they need it. In turn, getting them as productive as possible, you will be able to churn out certain products (milk, eggs, etc..) and your animals may win prizes at fairs which will in turn earn you rewards.
Learning Recipes is where this games becomes fun to play. Recipes create products such as cream, flour, pies etc. witch you can then sell to other players in the marketplace earning rewards.
Each recipe will require some work as you will need different crops and cultivated goods.
