Cyberpunk 2077 - How to turn in bounties

Cyberpunk 2077 | How to turn in bounties

There are plenty of quests in Cyberpunk 2077 that offer Eurodollars as a reward. Among the most common of these quests are bounties, which typically give cash in exchange for taking out a suspect for the NCPD. However, there seems to be some confusion regarding how to turn in bounties and claim the reward. Here’s what you need to know.

How to turn in bounties in Cyberpunk 2077

Cash for bounties in Cyberpunk 2077 is rewarded automatically. There’s no need to turn in bounties manually, since the bounty is completed as soon as the job is done. You’ll see a notification appear on-screen after the task is completed, and the money will deposited to your inventory.

The confusion over this process seems to stem from largely from the game’s notifications system. Even after completing a bounty, you may not see the rewards appear automatically. This leads to questions concerning who to speak with in order to turn in a bounty.

Thankfully, you don’t have to. The bounty will be complete as soon as the suspect is neutralized. In some cases, you may need to exit combat before the reward is given. While the reward notification may not immediately appear on-screen, rest assured that the money is there. You may simply have to wait for other notifications to get out of the way before spotting the reward.

The only exception to the rule is related to NCPD Activities. These usually appear as an Assault in Progress or a Suspected Organized Crime Activity. These activities also have bounties on certain NPCs. Once you take them out, you’ll be given a reward. However, the activity often won’t be complete until after you collect the evidence.

Either way, you don’t have to turn in bounties in Cyberpunk 2077. All rewards from bounty quests and NCPD Activities will be deposited automatically. The money will be yours, but you may have to wait a while before the reward notification appears on-screen. If you’re still strapped for cash, here are some tips on how to get more money quickly.
