Biomutant Screenshots: Where are photos saved and can’t find folder fix

Your Biomutant screenshots and photos you have taken with the game’s Photo Mode can be tough to find on PC. With it offering you a file destination for each screenshot you take in the game, players may have difficulty navigating to it and finding where their images have been saved. Here’s how to find your screenshots’ location in Biomutant if you can’t find the folder they’re stored in.

How to find screenshots taken in Photo Mode in Biomutant

When you enter Photo Mode in Biomutant and take a screenshot on PC, the game will display the folder the screenshots are located in. However, this screenshot location can’t be found by rooting through your folders. Instead, you’ll have to follow these steps:

  • Press the Windows key
  • Enter ‘Run’ and select the Run app
  • Enter: c:/users/your username/appdata/local/biomutant
  • Replace ‘your username’ with the username given by the game
  • Select ‘Saved’
  • Select ‘Screenshots’

Once you have done so, you will find the screenshots folder where your photos are located. From here you can share them as you please.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to root around for this folder each time you want to check out your screenshots, you can use Steam’s default screenshot key, F12. This will take a screenshot via Steam that you can navigate to in your library for the game.

For PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X screenshots, you can use the typical sharing features each console possesses in order to save them or share them across social media.
