The fusion option in Yo-Kai Watch Wibble Wobble unlocks after defeating Manjimutt on Stage 30, located near the back-end of the second area. Similar to how fusion works in Yo-Kai Watch 2, combining two Yo-Kai together, or one Yo-Kai and one item together, to create a more powerful version and typically higher-ranked Yo-Kai.
Below is a full list of all the possible fusions in Wibble Wobble. I don't have names for three of the fusion items at this point, but I'll update this list once I've figured out the English names.
