General Tips
- While there are many websites claiming to have cheat codes which give you free gold, gems, joy and other items, it is probably just a hoax. The game has a lot of purchasable items, so it is highly unlikely they will let someone offer them for free.
- At the very start of the game you should focus on obtaining following things (in this order): Level 5 character, Level 3 dice and Skill cards.
- Your starting cards should include: Dimensional Shift - it moves you to a random block, which can be quite useful; Rapid Growth - increases city level where you’re standing by one; Haste - turn the next dice into Dice Double
- If you want to combine cards, you need 6 of them. The best option to get higher cards is to take one of the highest you have (like level 3 or 4) and combine it with all other low level cards you have. This way you will preserve cards and get some higher ones (4 or 5).
- You might also want to use 100 gem combine to increase your chances of getting a 5 star card.
- Steal Property - a great way of turning situations around;
- Tax Day - if a certain player is really getting on your nerves you can use this card and make him pay 150% of taxes
- Interception - it lets you take over the city you want with various success rates depending on the rarity
- Symbol of Wealth - it increases toll for all your level 4 cities for 3 turns
- Old Lottery Ticket - gives you either 10% or 90% of starting money, which can help you a lot in difficult situations
- Support Fund - a great way of escaping from additional expenses if you have money in the bank. It transports your character and lets you get 200% of what you’ve saved.
- Time for Revenge - get 60% or 30% toll from a player that recently took your city
