The Bridge Safe, located in the Briefing Room of the Talos I bridge area, has a randomly generated code, meaning it's different for everyone in every playthrough. However, where to find this code is the same every time.
The Bridge Safe code is found in the Captain's Loft by moving a notebook on a desk in this room. Doing so will reveal a sticky note with the Bridge Safe Code written on it.
