Resident Evil 4 Remake: How to Get Back to the Church

In Resident Evil 4 Remake, finding a way back to the church in Chapter 4 can be very frustrating. Some players get lost even after looking at the map, with some trying to find a direct passage closer to the church or going up to the village near the north. However, both paths are blocked, leading to a lot of wasted travel time. To save you the frustration, here’s how to reach the church in the RE4 Remake.

How to get back to the church in RE4 Remake

To get back to the church in Chapter 4 of the RE4 Remake, you need to take a boat and dock to the east of the quarry. For a precise location, you can take a look the zoomed-in screenshot of the map posted above.

After finding the Church Insignia in Chapter 4, the quickest path back to the church is to cross the water using the boat from the Mural Cave to the docks close to the Merchant’s store. Once you head back up to the store, you’ll find a set of double doors that will lead you through the quarry, where a boss fight awaits. After completing that, it’s a straight run to the church where you can finally free Ashley.
