- Bear Hat (increases knife damage): Unlocks after beating Separate Ways on Standard with an S+ rank.
- Glasses (Round), Sunglasses (Browline): Unlocks after completing Separate Ways on Hardcore or Professional.
- Cute Bear Earring: Unlocks when beating Separate Ways on Hardcore or higher with an A rank. To get an A rank on Hardcore, you have to beat it in under two and a half hours.
