Persona 5 Tactica Marie Boss Fight Stop Tank Blue Square P5T

Persona 5 Tactica Marie Boss Fight: How to Stop Tank in Blue Square

The Persona 5 Tactica Marie boss fight is tough to figure out. We assume that if you are reading this, that you’re already in the battle with Marie at the end of first story arc, and that we are not spoiling anything for you. Otherwise, we recommend that you turn back now so that you see any spoilers.

With that out of the way, near the end of the battle after you have already whittled down Marie and essentially defeat her, the fight comes to a standstill. So long as Marie is still in her tank, she cannot be beaten. However, Toshiro comes with the plan of sending a wedding bell attached to the ceiling down to the floor so that it can flatten the tank once and for all. However, doing so is easier said than done. Here’s how to get Marie’s tank to stop inside the blue square to end the boss fight in P5T.

How to finish Persona 5 Tactica Marie boss fight

To get Marie to stop somewhere within the blue square marked on the map in Persona 5 Tactica, you need to knock a flower bouquet into the square so that she runs over it.

On some turns, Marie will spawn exploding bouquets that deal damage to any nearby players if they linger around them for too long. The game gives you the hint that you can strike the bouquet at the tank to deal damage, but leaves it at that. To end this boss fight, you need to wait for her to send out these bombs and have the party strike one until they are within the blue square.

We originally thought that the rocks that fall from the ceiling would stop Marie or that a character could wait inside the square to halt the tank’s progress, but it just rolls right over them. You’ll need to catch her with the bouquet when tries to run through the blue square in a straight line, so not the zigzag pattern she sometimes uses.
