There are three songs you’ll need to find for Toadofsky in Super Mario RPG. Here are the locations for each:

First Song

If you talk to the tadpole near where the screen switches to Melody Bay, it’ll reveal the first song for you: Frogfucius’ Suite #18.

So, La, Mi, Re, Do, Re, Do, Re

For completing this puzzle, you get the Alto Card, which gives you access to the Tadpole Pond Juice Bar.

Second Song

After you beat the boss in Moleville and take Dyna and Mite home, you can find Toadofsky has returned to Tadpole Pond. This time, you can either talk to the tadpole and get the answer or visit the Moleville mines to find workers singing a song that gives a hint to the notes you’ll have to enter:

Diggin’ deep in the “MI“nes~ “DO“n’t get much sun!~ I’m covered with “SO“il~ ’till my workday is “DO“ne~ I “RE“ally hate sittin’~ It’s “LA“bor I choose~ ’cause then’s the “TI“me~ To “DO” them old Moleville blues!~

Which gives you the solution:

Mi, Do, So, Do, Re, La, Ti, Do

If you finish this puzzle, you get the Tenor Card, which gives you access to more powerful items at the Juice Bar.

Third Song

When you arrive at Monstro Town, go to the house where Monstermama lives. Then, speak to the Starslap upstairs. It’ll produce the notes of the third song:

La, Ti, Do, Re, So, Do, Re, Mi

Giving Toadofsky this melody gets you the Soprano Card, which provides you with access to the most powerful items in the Juice Bar.

Fourth Song

Toadofsky requires one more melody to complete his masterpiece. Luckily, the fourth song can be anything you want it to be. Just pick something that goes well with the first three songs.
