Granblue Fantasy: Relink update

Granblue Fantasy: Relink Update 1.0.5 Patch Notes for February 14, 2024

Cygames has revealed the Granblue Fantasy: Relink update 1.0.5 patch notes for February 14, 2024, which seem to focus more on players using the PS5. The developer has revealed its plans for future updates, and it seems that the game has garnered a lot of success. The update fixes some bugs which have been incredibly frustrating to players on the PS5.

Here are the Granblue Fantasy: Relink update 1.05 patch notes:

  • [Online] The developers adjusted matchmaking when players set Power Adjustment under Matchmaking Settings to On for the PS4 and PS5 versions.
  • [Quests] The developers fixed a bug on the PS4 and PS5 versions where rewards for breaking foe parts weren’t properly awarded.

After updating their game to version 1.0.4, players had encountered difficulties while trying to farm foe parts. No matter how much they damaged specific parts, like a Furrycane’s legs, it would not drop her hoofs as a reward to the players.

This caused confusion amongst the community as they could not upgrade their sigils. The new Granblue Fantasy: Relink update has successfully fixed this issue. Hence, PlayStation players can now continue farming for foe parts.

Power adjustment settings were not taken into account before. Online matchmaking also had issues that are fixed thanks to this update. Essentially, players can now turn on the power adjustment settings and it will take effect during matchmaking.

The developers have guaranteed that the Steam version update is set for release on February 16, 2024. However, the Steam version will feature separate changes from the PlayStation one.

Cygames has also detailed its plans to release new updates in early March, April, and May. Future updates will feature new content as well.
