Apex Legends Caustic Gas Trap bug

The Apex Legends Caustic gas trap bug has caused so much frustration among the community as it’s seen as a form of cheating. Ordinarily, Caustic can only put down six traps before the cooldown on this ability is activated. However, a video in a Reddit thread has shown that this isn’t the case anymore.

One user, who goes by the name t-t-t-turbo-burner, showed that they could throw down 14 of the gas traps across the map. This was due to the fact that the cooldown on this ability didn’t activate, and it allowed the player to keep deploying them at their leisure. The video is a long one, so jump to the 8:47 mark to see this part in action.
