This Video Shows What The Witcher 3 Looks Like on Xbox One

Although it appeared that we would have to wait until The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's May 19th launch to see what its Xbox One version looks like, CD Projekt Red decided that today would be the best day to share what Xbox fans can expect from the final build.

An official gameplay trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's Xbox One version has found its way online, and you can see it above. My first impression is that it actually looks very good. I have no reason to believe that anyone will be particularly disappointed, and it's sure to be considered one of the platform's best-looking titles.

The Xbox One version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt uses dynamic scaling, which allows it to transition between 900p and 1080p at a moment's notice depending on how demanding the game is. This is one of the major differences between the Xbox One and PS4 versions since the PS4 runs the game at a static 1080p. But really, if you really care about graphics you should be playing the extraordinary PC version.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt accumulated over one million pre-orders as of today. It is expected to be one of the biggest releases of the year.
