Quantum Break Goes Gold More Than A Month Before Release

Remedy Entertainment writer Sam Lake has confirmed on Twitter that Quantum Break has gone gold. The announcement came with a short video showing Lake commemorating the occasion with a massive bottle of champagne.

With a release date of April 5th, this early completion date will allow the development team to prepare for launch.

Quantum Break is an action-adventure title that uses a unique blend of time-manipulation mechanics, puzzle sequences, a live action TV show, and a highly advanced physics engine.

Quantum Break recently found its way onto headlines following Microsoft's announcement that the game will be arriving on PC alongside the Xbox One version. Gamers who pre-order the Xbox One version will receive the PC version at no additional cost.
