Rumor: Dead Space Getting a First Person Shooter Spin-Off?

According to an insiders who've probably been talking about things they said they wouldn't talk about, Isaac Clarke and the Dead Space universe could be playing host to a first-person shooter spin-off soon… and a flight-game… in Dead Space….

Followed by "an Uncharted-like game" currently in early planning stages.

That doesn't mean that Dead Space 3 is cancelled. Said insider reaffirms the previous rumors that Dead Space 3 would take place on a new, snowy planet. This will apparently be Isaac Clarke's last outing. Will the engineer-turned-hero die from eyeball-injuries?

With the VGAs right around the corner, don't be surprised if more information on the future of Dead Space will get more light shed on it soon. We'll keep you posted.
