Metal Gear: Rising VGA Trailer Leaks Early

The trailer for Metal Gear: Rising has been leaked ahead of the VGAs. The trailer footage using the in-game engine and offers a few surprises (and one not so suprising).

"Solid" has now been dropped from the title of the game. Smart move, consdering how much of a departure the game is from the Metal Gear Solid franchise. It's much more hack-n-slash action-y, a perfect fit for the game's new developer which has also been revealed in the trailer… 

Platinum Games. The minds behind Bayonetta and Vanquish have taken the helm of Kojima Productions' Metal Gear spin-off. This shouldn't come as a suprise, as it was rumored now for a long time.
