Take-Two Expects Best Year Ever

Although Take-Two Interactive just reported a drop in profits during Q3 of the 2012 fiscal year, they're expecting 2013 fiscal year to be their "best year ever".

I have to agree with them.

Take-Two is the parent publisher to not only 2K Games, but also Rockstar Games. Both have some major releases penned for 2012, or fiscal year 2013, which ends on March 31st 2013. Releases include 2K's Bioshock Infinite, which generated major buzz all throughout 2011, Borderlands 2, a pair of XCOM titles, as well as Rockstar Games' Max Payne 3 and quite possibly Grand Theft Auto V.

When Take-Two says "best year ever", they don't fuck around.

This confidence comes after a 65% drop in profits to $14.2 million for fiscal Q3 2012, which ended on December 31st, 2011.
