Ubisoft has announced a new IP called Watch_Dogs that has been in development for over 2 years, where you play a character who knows everyone's secrets from what they've been doing on computers or infront of cameras.
The game has rather impressive visuals, and was shown running live on PS3. In the gameplay seen, the main character (Pierce) was shown hacking everyone's phones before entering a building, and later hacking into a phone call. At one point, he caused a car crash by hacking into a car.
He is also a proficient fighter and shooter, with shooting in slow motion.
