Wii Price Cut Down To $170 At US Retailers

We originally reported that the Wii was rumored to get a 25% price cut in May. Of course, we're no where near May and US retailers are hoping to get the consumers in the door a little ahead of schedule.

If you can't wait to save what should be $50 in May, you can save $30 now by buying a brand new Nintendo Wii at Target, GameStop, Toys 'R Us, or Best Buy (and Amazon too!) for the low price of $170. In case you hadn't heard, the new Wii bundle comes with a Wii console, Wii Remote with Motion Plus add-on, Wii Sports, and Wii Sports Resort.

American retailers are obviously trying to move product before their margins get slashed even further. Go buy now or remain on the look-out for the full $50 price-cut in the coming wiiks….
