Check Out The Crucible in the Latest Destiny 2 Multiplayer Trailer

There’s only a few weeks left until Destiny 2 launches, and Bungie has just dropped a new trailer showing off what fans can expect to encounter when they’re finally able to check out the Crucible in its final incarnation. Competitive multiplayer is going to be a blast, it looks like, as the trailer highlights some of the 4v4 modes like Control, Survival and Countdown.

It looks like there’s still plenty to discover, even for fans who have been there and done that with the first game. This two-minute trailer is chock-full of things players new and old can appreciate, rife with the humorous tone that the new Destiny seems to want to subscribe to. You might even see a few new surprises here and there if you look closely enough.

It can make the wait feel a lot more excruciating than it really should. Luckily, there isn’t much of a wait left for eager players. Destiny 2 is slated for a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release on September 6, followed closely by a PC release a month later on October 24. As if October weren’t a packed enough month for gamers, that makes another title on top of the rest to add to the list. If you’re wanting to get in on Destiny 2 early, you’ll have to opt for a console edition.
