Ubisoft Montreal: “I Would Suspect The Audience Is Ready” For Always Online

Adam Orth may no longer be with Microsoft, but the controversy he raised regarding always connected gaming devices is still a major talking point in the industry. 

Ubisoft Montreal CEO Yannis Mallat is the latest to weigh in on the issue, claiming that consumers are, in all likelihood, ready for the jump to always online consoles. "I would say that a lot of people are already always online through other devices – I would suspect that the audience is ready," Mallat told The Guardian.
