The Wii U hasn't been doing all that hot since it released late last year thanks to a pathetic lineup of launch software. Fortunately, that appears to be changing later this year, as Nintendo's Reggie Fils-Aime has made it clear that the second half of 2013 will mark the beginning of a steady stream of Wii U games.
“What I would say about Wii U – and what Mr. Iwata has said – is that the pace of launches has been slower than we hoped. But as we prepare for E3, the pace of launches for Wii U is going to dramatically increase," Fils-Aime told Games Industry.
With both Pikmin 3 and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD set to launch later this year, there's no doubt that some quality game experiences are on the horizon, but let's hope that Nintendo's got a whole lot more than that planned for the rest of 2013.
